Your free assessment provides you the means to prepare a budget, or to compare other recommendations you have received. While it may seem easy to simply accept the proposal your management company offers, it is in the best interest of the club to verify that the work is really necessary and that you are not being overcharged or misled. Remember, it is not always necessary to replace, repairs are often the most feasible and cost-effective solution.
Our estimates are performed at no cost to your swim club and you are under no obligation to us when receiving a bid.
